850K+ Earning Potential | 4.5-Day Workweek

A high-demand non-invasive cardiology opportunity is available just outside the Kansas City metro within a large, not-for-profit health system serving over 2.2 million residents. With a substantial referral base, a collaborative cardiovascular team, and strong institutional support, this role offers the ability to quickly build a full patient panel while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

Practice Details

• Team-based practice with interventional, EP, and cardiothoracic colleagues and shared call supported by APPs
• Large, established referral network that allows you to build a full panel quickly
• Flexible schedule with a 4.5-day workweek available

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed first-year salary transitioning to production with earning potential exceeding 850,000
• 4,500 CME allowance, 35 days PTO, and six paid holidays

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Interest in building a long-term, community-based, non-invasive cardiology practice
• Eligible for medical licensure in Missouri or Kansas
