Zurich North America is hiring multiple Service Contract Associates to join our Vehicle Service Contract team. These virtual positions will work a shift between 7 am – 8 pm Central Standard Time. Responsibilities include investigating claims, determining coverage, and communicating with shops and claimants to resolve issues. Qualified candidates have a relevant automotive repair background, customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; remote work is supported and #J-18808-Ljbffr Zurich North America
