Lead Cook Position

Role Overview Our Lead Cooks will take guests on a culinary adventure in an immersive and entertaining atmosphere. You will lead your team of prep and line cooks helping them to fine‑tune their culinary skills, grow their careers, and fuel their passion for food. No two days are the same! Key Responsibilities Assist in overseeing kitchen staff, educating and sharing food passion Lead by example, setting the tone for an efficient work pace Prioritize tasks in the kitchen to ensure items are prepared on time and efficiently Accurately forecast guest needs when planning production lists and prioritizing tasks Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations Qualifications 3 or more years’ experience working as a line cook Experience working on multiple kitchen stations Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts Experience leading a team Catering experience Experience working a variety of positions in the restaurant or hospitality industry What We Offer Competitive hourly pay.
