Translating complex tax concepts into actionable business advice. Join a leading Miami CPA firm in Brickell as Lead, Tax Compliance & Client Advisory. Oversee tax filings, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships for a diverse portfolio in a collaborative hybrid work setting. Responsibilities Oversee and review preparation of federal and state tax forms for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates. Act as primary contact for high‑value clients, providing strategic tax advice. Mentor and develop staff and seniors to ensure technical excellence. Support business development and partner‑track initiatives as applicable. Qualifications 8+ years of progressive experience in a CPA firm environment. Active CPA license required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Expert knowledge of US tax forms (1040, 1065, 1120‑S, etc.). Must have experience in Professional Services – Accounting & Audit Firms (CPA).
