Their main responsibilities will be to ensure inventories are shipped, received, and accounted for timely and accurately throughout ROKA's network. They will build strong external relationships with vendors, freight forwarders, and warehouse personnel to monitor those inventories. They will also have strong accountability with internal partners providing details to inventory levels, tracking, and estimated delivery dates. This role is critical in driving down costs of transportation, speeding up transit times, and improving the quality of deliveries.Responsibilities:Track and trace shipments for issued Purchase Orders; coordinating with the freight forwarder and suppliers on any inventory or logistical issuesCreate and maintain Purchase Order details to match delivery schedulesPublish weekly reports detailing but not limited to available inventory, work orders, and inbounding shipmentsArrange transfers between distribution centers, as necessarySupport Product Development team on NPI quote processEnsure all proper documents are provided (BOL, Packing List, Commercial Invoice); Create shipping labels as neededMaintain Packaging levels and provide projected spend amounts to the Finance teamProvide support to additional supply chain projectsMust Haves:3+ years of experience in logistics or relevant experienceBachelor's degree in business or relevant fieldThrives in ambiguous environments while being an excellent collaborator with cross functional partnersAdvanced Excel skillsStrong attention to detail, organization, and record keepingExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks and achieve aggressive deadlinesWillingness to learn and search for creative solutionsWork Location:ROKA is located in Austin, TX, USA. The Company is on a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be prepared to work on-site as often as needed per the Department's business needs.
