The Technician – Fiber Operations is responsible for performing fiber splicing, residential and commercial installations, troubleshooting service issues, and executing offsite responsibilities such as rack and stack, equipment deployment, and vendor coordination to bring new communities online. This role is also accountable for addressing network issues and outages, restoring service, and ensuring sites are back online quickly and reliably. The position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring operational readiness, and supporting Centric's community growth initiatives.
