Location: Armonk, NY Duration: 6 Months Contract (W2) Job Summary We are looking for a Contracts Specialist to support the Life & Health (L&H) reinsurance business across the US, Canada, and Caribbean markets. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and managing reinsurance agreements while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with business requirements. Key Responsibilities Draft and review Life & Health reinsurance contracts and related documents Manage end-to-end contract documentation for assigned deals Translate underwriting and business terms into clear contract language Ensure contracts reflect agreed commercial and risk terms Identify and mitigate contractual and operational risks Collaborate with underwriting, legal, finance, and client teams Support contract negotiations and resolve contract-related queries. Required Qualifications Experience in drafting and reviewing insurance or reinsurance contracts Understanding of Life & Health insurance products Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
