Our baristas ensure our guests begin and end their experience with us in the best way possible! If you take pride in providing a warm welcome, and work in a fast paced, fun environment, then we want to hear from you!
We are seeking fun, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our team as part-time and/or full-time baristas.
Barista Responsibilities:
- Big smiles and happy hearts with big personality
- Give a warm welcome to every guest
- Answering telephone within three rings, gather orders, make drinks
- Communicate guest concerns to the manager as appropriate
- Make all drinks on the menu
- Helping fellow team members when appropriate

About You:

- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver boxes of 25 pounds when necessary
- No experience necessary
