Essential Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or hold a valid multi-state privilege from a compact state
• Current CPR certification
• IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric care strongly preferred
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and adaptability in a dynamic school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 nursing care, monitoring the assigned student throughout the school day
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor health status, and provide interventions as needed
• Maintain detailed and accurate health records in compliance with privacy regulations
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and, when appropriate, additional healthcare professionals to support educational access and well-being for the student
• Respond promptly and appropriately to medical emergencies and communicate clearly with all relevant parties
