Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner

Monday–Friday | Inpatient | No Nights | No Weekends

HonorHealth is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Inpatient Palliative Care team . This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered care for hospitalized patients with serious illness while partnering with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to improve quality of life and support patients and families through complex medical decision-making.

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday schedule
\n
• Primarily inpatient practice
\n
• No nights, weekends, or holiday call
\n
• Collaborative interdisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, nursing, social work, case management, and chaplain services
\n
• Manage symptom control, goals-of-care conversations, and care planning
\n
• Epic EMR
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (Acute Care NP preferred; Family NP considered based on experience)
\n
• Arizona license (or ability to obtain)
\n
• Experience in Palliative Care, Hospice, Hospital Medicine, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Geriatrics, or a related specialty preferred
\n
