Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, initiating diagnostic tests, and developing personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and addressing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians or independently (based on your licensing)
• Providing education to patients and their families on preventive measures, wellness, and disease management

Required Education

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Required Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire them within 90 days)
