Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in DFW, TX, responsible for leading and driving home sales within an assigned territory. This position oversees model home and sales office activities, manages the sales pipeline, and ensures an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through contract and closing. Daily tasks include coaching and supporting sales representatives, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and collaborating with marketing and construction teams to meet sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will conduct regular site visits, review pricing and promotions, prepare sales reports, and maintain compliance with company policies and applicable housing regulations. This role also involves building relationships with real estate agents, local partners, and prospective buyers to strengthen the UnionMain Homes brand and grow market share.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in residential real estate sales, new home sales, or related housing industry roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and goal setting.
• Proficiency in sales planning, pipeline management, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for working with customers, realtors, and internal teams.
• Solid understanding of local real estate market dynamics, pricing strategies, and basic contract processes.
• Ability to work on-site in Celina, TX, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
