Almega Management is hiring an outgoing and motivated Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our growing team in Dublin, OH. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, early-career professionals, and individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in communications, marketing, customer engagement, client relations, and brand awareness.

As a Communications Assistant, you will support local marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, client communications, and customer outreach efforts throughout the Dublin and greater Columbus area. Team members interact directly with customers, communicate campaign information, assist with promotional activities, and help create positive experiences for the brands and clients we represent. No previous communications, marketing, or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and professional mentorship to help new team members become confident and successful in the position.

Communications Assistant Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers during marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and outreach activities
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding represented products, services, promotions, and client campaigns
• Support the execution of local marketing and communications strategies
• Build positive customer relationships through professional, friendly, and consistent communication
• Assist with promotional materials, campaign preparation, coordination, and on-site activities
• Respond to customer questions and help individuals better understand available products and services
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, campaign activity, appointments, and follow-up communication
• Collaborate with team members to strengthen customer engagement, campaign messaging, and overall performance
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities

Communications Assistant Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Available to work full-time and on-site
• Reliable transportation for commuting to the office and assigned locations
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• Organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable speaking with customers and members of the public
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn new communication, marketing, and customer engagement techniques
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, events, communications, marketing, promotions, or sales is helpful but not required
