Our client, a leading organization in the technology and mobility sector, is seeking a dedicated Tele Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Tele Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Autonomous Vehicle Operations team supporting live, mission-critical remote operations for an advanced transportation platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent situational awareness, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Tele Operations Specialist
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Pay Range: $27.00/hr + shift differentials for weekends and shift hours 
Shift: 8-hour shifts within the following operational windows:

• 3rd Shift: Shifts may be scheduled anytime between 6:00 PM and 6:30 AM
• 1st and 2nd shift: Available dependant on business needs

Employees must be flexible within their assigned shift range based on business needs. Specific schedules, days off, and start/end times will be determined upon completion of training.

What's the Job?

• Monitor and support real-time operations through secure systems
• Assist automated platforms during operational exceptions and complex scenarios
• Follow established safety and operational procedures in time-sensitive situations
• Communicate clearly with internal operations and support teams
• Document events, system activity, and operational outcomes

What's Needed?

• Experience working in fast-paced, screen-based environments (such as technical monitoring, control centers, gaming, simulation, or multi-system platforms) is required
• Candidates must have flexible availability and be able to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, high-reliability environments
• High School Diploma or GED 
• Current Arizona driver's license and 3 years of driving history
