Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations (2D imaging) of abdomen, pelvis, obstetric, and vascular studies as assigned
- Prepare, position, and explain procedures to patients; monitor comfort and safety throughout imaging
- Operate ultrasound equipment, adjust settings, optimize image quality, and apply Doppler techniques as indicated
- Document imaging findings and communicate preliminary results to the interpreting radiologist; maintain accurate patient records
- Maintain equipment and adhere to infection control, safety, and department protocols; support efficient patient flow
- Collaborate with radiology staff and clinicians to support accurate diagnosis and timely patient care

Requirements
- General Ultrasound experience with certification
- Echo experience/certification a plus; NBE certification if Echo
- Current AART registry required
- Ability to work in a rural Critical Access hospital setting; day shift
- Effective communication and teamwork skills; adaptability to varied patient loads
