Healthcare QA Analyst

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in software quality assurance and quality control engineering.

• Proficiency in test automation design using Selenium or Sahi Pro automation frameworks.

• Experience with healthcare EDI transaction standards including HIPAA X12 and claims processing systems.

• Experience in formal test design techniques including Equivalence Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis via PICT.

• Experience with quality process maturity models including TMMi, CMMI, TPI, or SPICE frameworks.

• Experience in defect lifecycle tracking and test management utilizing Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute automated test scripts and regression suites for large-scale enterprise platforms.

• Transform complex business requirements and policy documentation into comprehensive test scenarios.

• Conduct end-to-end, system integration, smoke, and usability testing across multi-tier applications.

• Validate healthcare member enrollment, eligibility determinations, and claims processing workflows.

• Log, track, and manage software defects and system vulnerabilities within centralized databases.

• Evaluate third-party vendor test plans, execution metrics, and integration test results for quality approval.

• Publish technical test summary reports and collaborate with development teams to resolve system defects.
