We specialize in professional IT consulting services, IT Staffing, Business/IT Strategy, Business Process Blueprints, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Transformation.Location: Columbia, SC -hybridJob Type: ContractJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Test Engineer / Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, test automation, and enterprise application validation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QA methodologies, business process analysis, test case design, and automation frameworks, with preferred experience in Tricentis Tosca, SAP, S/4 HANA migration testing, and SaaS enterprise systems.Required Skills & QualificationsA bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer/Analyst.Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.Skilled in business process analysis, modeling, and documenting end-to-end business processes for quality assurance testing and scripts.Moderate knowledge of Finance, HCM, Logistics, and Treasury processes.Ability to interpret requirements, functional and technical designs, and produce testing artifacts.Preferred Qualifications:Tricentis/Tosca certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Professional – Tosca Testsuite).Proven experience in test automation using Tricentis Tosca, with strong understanding of Tosca Commander and Tosca TBox.Knowledge of SAP as well as SaaS Enterprise Systems.Knowledge of S/4 HANA and experience using test automation during migration to S/4, including change impact analysis.Familiarity with process management and project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile/Scrum).Previous experience testing web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.Experience with other testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.Proficiency in test scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript, Python) and automation frameworks.Knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data validation in test automation.Experience working with development teams and CI/CD pipelines.Lumen Solutions Group Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
