Network Operations ASI Coordinator

Job Overview GDIT is looking for a Network Operations Authorized Service Interruption (ASI) Coordinator; support USCENTCOM Information Technology Services (CITS) Program at USCENTCOM J6, Tampa, FL. Key Responsibilities ASI Management: Oversee intra‑theater and inter‑theater ASIs impacting HQ and Forward HQ USCENTCOM customers. Request Coordination: Process, prioritize, de‑conflict, and track all incoming ASI requests. Impact Assessments: Provide detailed operational impact assessments on network systems caused by requested ASIs. Information Gathering: Gather accurate information regarding network outages, security incidents, and planned maintenance on USCENTCOM systems. Ticketing & Reporting: Complete trouble tickets using USCENTCOM‑approved systems and generate reports to maintain situational awareness across the enterprise. Required Qualifications 5+ years of IT or network operations experience. CompTIA Security+ CE Certification. Current active Top Secret/SCI clearance. U.S. citizenship required. Desired Qualifications Master’s Degree in Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. ITIL v4 Certification. Direct experience with USCENTCOM and familiarity with its mission and IT environment. Work Requirements Hours: 40 per week; Shift‑rotating 24/7 schedule requiring nights and weekends.
