We’re growing our team and looking for motivated, personable people to join us as Commercial Insurance Sales Agents .

Already have insurance experience? Great.

Coming from sales, customer service, a call center, hospitality, or another people-focused role? We’d still love to hear from you.

We’re looking for people with the right combination of personality, drive, and willingness to learn . You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing support from your Sales Team Lead so you aren't expected to figure everything out on your own.

What You'll Earn

We offer the stability of a base salary plus the opportunity to earn more based on your performance.

• $1,000/week base salary ($52,000/year)
• Commission on every sale you close
• Additional bonus opportunities

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Your job is about more than selling an insurance policy. It's about having conversations with business owners, understanding what they need, and helping them find coverage that makes sense for their business.

Your day will include:

• Connecting with prospective commercial insurance clients
• Asking questions and listening to understand each client's needs
• Explaining insurance options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Following up with prospective clients and previous conversations
• Building relationships and earning clients' trust
• Staying organized and managing your sales opportunities
• Working toward individual and team sales goals
• Collaborating with your Sales Team Lead and teammates
• Maintaining required documentation and compliance standards

Don't Worry — We Won't Just Hand You a Phone on Day One

Starting a new sales position can be intimidating, especially if you're learning a new industry.

That's why training and support are a big part of this role.

You'll work directly with your Sales Team Lead during your first several weeks to learn our systems, processes, products, and approach to sales. After training, your Team Lead will continue to be available for coaching and support.

You'll also meet regularly to talk through what's working, where you're getting stuck, and how we can help you continue improving.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you're someone who:

• Is confident and comfortable having conversations over the phone
• Knows how to listen instead of just delivering a sales pitch

• Can stay positive when a conversation doesn't result in an immediate sale

• Is comfortable learning new technology and working in multiple programs
• Is coachable and wants to improve
• Brings energy and a positive attitude to work
• Wants to be part of a team while still being rewarded for individual performance

Previous sales, customer service, call center, or insurance experience is helpful, but don't count yourself out if your background looks a little different.

What About Licensing?

A Commercial Lines Insurance Producer License is preferred , but we encourage strong candidates who don't currently have one to apply.

FSA provides paid licensing and license renewal reimbursement.
