Dental Dreams is actively recruiting a Full-Time General Dentist for our Reading, Pennsylvania practice .

This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor looking for an established patient base, consistent patient flow, strong earning potential, and complete clinical autonomy within a dentist-owned organization.

Our dentists aren't limited to a narrow scope of practice. You'll have the opportunity to perform a broad range of comprehensive general dentistry based on your clinical skills and comfort level , while maintaining complete autonomy over treatment planning.

COMPENSATION

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee

• Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for select opportunities

• Average full-time compensation: $290,000–$330,000+

• No production cap

• Full patient schedule

• Strong long-term earning potential

CLINICAL PRACTICE

• Complete autonomy over treatment planning

• Established patient base and consistent patient flow

• Opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures based on your clinical skill set

• Fully digital and paperless office

• Modern equipment and dedicated clinical support

• Discretion over preferred dental supplies and instruments

• Mentorship from experienced clinicians

• Opportunity to increase speed, expand your procedure mix, and continue developing clinically
