Human Resources Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HR Manager for our rapidly growing client in the College Grove, TN area. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, building processes, and making a meaningful impact within a growing organization.


About the Role

• Type: Temp to Hire
• Location: College Grove, TN
• Compensation: $68,000-$75,000

Responsibilities

• Support benefits administration, enrollment, and employee assistance programs
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and skilled positions
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and community events
• Coordinate background checks, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding activities
• Create and maintain job descriptions, postings, and recruiting workflows
• Manage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee communications
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs
• Coordinate training initiatives and employee development efforts
• Partner with leadership to address HR challenges and improve processes
• Support HRIS administration, employee records management, and payroll-related inquiries
• Help drive continuous improvement across HR programs and operations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, preferably in high-volume or hourly environments
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with HRIS platforms and benefits administration

Pay Details: $68,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
