This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining compliance with infection control standards, universal precautions, and regulatory requirements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in patient condition.Record and monitor vital signs, documenting findings accurately and promptly.Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.Coordinate and implement individualized patient care plans.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care.Provide leadership, guidance, and support to unit staff while fostering a collaborative work environment.Participate in daily patient rounds and communicate changes in patient status to the healthcare team.Maintain compliance with infection control protocols, universal precautions, and patient safety standards.Support ongoing readiness for HFAP surveys and regulatory compliance initiatives.Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.IDEAL CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will possess: A passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care. Knowledge of infection control practices and universal precautions.
