• Practice Type: Clinic-based, single location
• Established Team:
  • 4 Family Medicine physicians
  • 3 Advanced Practice Providers
  • 2 Internal Medicine physicians
• Call Structure: Shared call, phone call only, with nurse triage support
• Onsite Services: All specialties and services available
• Visa Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B visa applicants are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Income Guarantee: $290,100 annually for 2 years
• Bonus Package: $150,000
• Production Incentives: Available
