Outpatient Family Medicine Opportunity

Our organization in Northeast Iowa is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become a part of our friendly and expanding team at the Bluebell Road Health Plaza . This is a remarkable outpatient-only position within a contemporary, multi-specialty clinic recognized for its commitment to providing high-quality, innovative healthcare.

• Become a member of a collaborative group consisting of 5 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) .
• Focus on full-spectrum Family Medicine in an outpatient setting .
• Call schedule: 1:8, phone consultations only with nurse triage; no hospital duties .
• Enjoy flexible scheduling to promote a healthy work-life balance .
• Work at a single clinic location with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. .
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and take on leadership roles within the clinic .
• Benefit from a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility .
• Access urgent care, laboratory, and imaging services on-site.
• Participate in telehealth and digital health innovation projects.

• Two-year income guarantee: $290,191 annually , along with production incentives and longevity bonuses.
