Gastroenterology Position Available - Waterloo/Cedar Falls, Iowa

Join a flourishing practice with a strong demand for services and significant growth opportunities. We are looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to become part of our established team in Northeast Iowa.

Practice Features

• Established practice with immediate patient influx
• Comprehensive gastrointestinal services, including EUS and ERCP
• Dedicated GI Endoscopy Suite fully equipped for procedures
• Potential for over 150 endoscopies each month
• Shared on-call schedule of 1:4
• Collaborative environment with a strong multispecialty team, including surgical, hospitalist, and primary care support

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $700,000 for the first two years, plus production bonuses
• Potential earnings exceeding $900K based on productivity
• Signing bonus of $150,000
• Relocation assistance of $15,000
• Malpractice insurance covered by the employer, including tail coverage
• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with shared premiums
• Two retirement plans available:
  • 403(b) plan with employer matching
  • 457(b) deferred compensation plan
• Employer-funded Short-Term Disability and optional Long-Term Disability at a minimal cost
• Up to 31 days of paid time off during the guarantee period
