MercyOne is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join our busy, well-established team located in the heart of Northeast Iowa.

• Busy, turnkey practice with immediate patient volume
• Comprehensive GI services including EUS and ERCP
• Dedicated, fully equipped GI Endoscopy Suite
• 150+ endoscopies/month potential
• Shared call schedule 1:4
• Collaborative multispecialty team with strong surgical, hospitalist, and primary care support

• $700,000 guaranteed salary (2 years) + production incentives
• $900K+ earning potential based on productivity
• $150,000 Commencement Bonus
• $15,000 Relocation Allowance
• Employer-paid malpractice with tail coverage
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with shared premiums
• Two retirement programs:
  • 403(b) with employer match
  • 457(b) deferred compensation plan
• Employer-paid Short-Term Disability + optional Long-Term Disability at low cost
• Up to 31 days off per year during guarantee period
