Hospitalist Opportunities

• 168 shifts annually
• Shift timings include 7 AM - 7 PM, 7 PM - 7 AM, and 9 AM - 9 PM
• Primarily a 7 on / 7 off work schedule
• Hospitalist services are available at both the Waterloo and Cedar Falls locations
• Open ICU with coverage by Intensivists
• Interest in performing procedures is appreciated but not required

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of $280,056
• Signing bonus of $50,000
• Relocation assistance of $15,000
• Malpractice insurance and tail coverage provided by the employer
• Health, dental, vision, and life insurance with shared premiums
• Two retirement plans: 403(b) with employer matching and a 457(b) Savings Plan
• Employer-funded Short Term Disability, with an option to purchase Long Term Disability at a low cost
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000 per year
