MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Outpatient Family Medicine physician to join our collegial team at MercyOne Cedar Falls Family Medicine in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a vibrant, busy college community with a diverse patient population.

Opportunity Highlights

• Join collaborative team of 2 physicians and 3 APPs
• Outpatient-only, full-spectrum care for all ages
• No Weekends, No Evenings, Mon.-Fri. 8:30 am-5 pm
• Minimal Call: 1:6 - phone only, first contact triage nurse
• Single practice location, adjacent to hospital
• Modern facility, recently updated, on-site access to
  lab, MRI, and x-ray services
• Full access to MercyOne specialists and services
• Virtual visits and telehealth supported
• H1b applicants welcomed

Compensation & Benefits

• 2-year income guarantee of $290,191 per year plus production incentives & longevity bonuses
• $150,000 Bonus Package
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
