• Single-location practice - all services provided at one site
• Experienced team:
  • 4 Family Medicine physicians
  • 3 Advanced Practice Providers
  • 2 Internal Medicine physicians
• Shared on-call duties - phone consultations only, supported by nurse triage
• All specialties and services available on-site
• J-1 and H-1B visa candidates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-Year Income Guarantee: $290,100 annually
• Bonus Package of $150,000
• Incentives based on production
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
