Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Neonatologist to enhance our team, focused on delivering exceptional care to newborns at our facility in Iowa.
Practice Highlights:- Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) featuring 10 beds
- Average daily patient count of 5-6
- Supportive atmosphere with a skilled NICU team
- Opportunities for involvement in quality improvement projects and educational initiatives
- Deliver specialized medical care for premature and critically ill infants
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes
- Provide education to families and support staff regarding neonatal care
- Attractive salary of $346,920
