Senior Meeting Coordinator

Overview Functional Responsibility: The Meeting Coordinator is a senior level support position that provides leadership to the meeting planning team for the TIP directorate at NSF. This position provides administrative and logistical support services to enable the timely execution of contract deliverables for meetings ranging in size from 10 to 600 attendees. Responsibilities Overseeing the placement of orders with vendors Setting up meeting rooms Developing and formatting meeting materials Issuing registration reminders and responding to participant inquiries Coordinating with speakers and exhibitors Coordinating travel and participant reimbursements Providing onsite support at conferences and events of various sizes Qualifications Must be a US Citizen Must be able to pass a Background Check Minimum Education: College degree strongly preferred Minimum/General Experience: 5 or more years organizing and coordinating the logistics of a wide range of meeting and events, in fast-paced office environment required #J-18808-Ljbffr Mb Solutions, Inc.
