Job Description Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay: $17–$18/hour All About People is hiring compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support patients in behavioral health facilities throughout Phoenix. Responsibilities: Monitor patient safety and behavior Document observations and progress Assist with therapeutic activities Respond to crisis situations Collaborate with the clinical team Requirements: Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card CPR Certification TB Clearance COVID-19 vaccination or declination CPI Certification (preferred or willing to obtain) Background check and drug screen Why Join Us?
