Position Overview:

As a Student Clinical Rotation/Shadowing participant, you will have the opportunity to observe and engage in a variety of clinical activities, contributing to patient care under the guidance of licensed healthcare professionals. You will rotate through different departments, allowing you to gain exposure to various medical specialties and patient populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
• Participate in patient assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of clinical experiences.
• Attend educational sessions and debriefings to enhance learning and understanding.
• Adhere to facility policies, ethical guidelines, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Healthcare Program/Medical School pursuing Degree/Diploma.
• Strong interest in gaining practical clinical experience and understanding the healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and commitment.
