Job Title

Prepare food in batches for made-to-order service or holding as needed

Operate high-volume cooking equipment

Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, handling raw food products)

Minimize food waste and maintain efficiency

Coordinate with vendors and assist with inventory management

Oversee deliveries, product rotation, and storage organization

Maintain sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards

Supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper task execution

Ensure completion of daily checklists and operational logs

Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge (or willingness to learn) food safety and sanitation standards

Ability to learn food preparation and cooking procedures

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Ability to perform well under pressure

Maintain high standards of personal hygiene

Education & Experience

High school diploma or vocational training in food preparation or kitchen operations preferred
