As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to our employees and clients. Responsibilities

• Coordinate human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records management.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Conduct new hire orientation and training sessions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.

• Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries.

• Collaborate with management to resolve employee conflicts and issues.

• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Home Care HR administration.

• Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish. Really, if you don't speak BOTH FLUENT ENGLISH and FLUENT SPANISH, DO NOT APPLY. We aren't going to make an exception and nothing on your resume is going to impress us enough to change that.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in HHAX Exchange software and MS Office systems
