Chief Financial Officer

Our client is a clothing company. They seek a CFO to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Lead corporate debt facilities, revolving credit lines, term loans, and financing programs
- Monitor lender compliance, financial covenants, borrowing base reporting, and related requirements
- Optimize working capital through accounts receivable, inventory management, and liquidity planning
- Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow analyses, and executive reporting for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Direct accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial close activities
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes to support accurate reporting and audit readiness
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning initiatives
- Develop financial models to evaluate profitability, growth opportunities, and capital investments
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and margin improvement opportunities across operations and supply chain
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational and business objectives
Requirements
- 12-20 years of senior-level accounting/finance experience
- Relevant industry required (something with inventory)
- Combo/private experience
- Experience working with lenders and banks
- CPA is required
- MBA is a plus
