Inside Sales Representative

We're hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You'll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team's revenue to meet sales goals. Responsibilities

• Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
• Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal
• Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase
• Assess the sales team's progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports
• Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client's needs are met

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position
• Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process
• Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
