What You'll DoManage day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activitiesProcess customer invoices, vendor invoices, payments, and account adjustmentsMonitor outstanding balances and assist with collectionsReconcile customer and vendor accounts and resolve discrepanciesMaintain accurate customer and vendor recordsSupport Positive Pay, 1099 reporting, and banking activitiesAssist with payroll backup, timesheet processing, and new hire reportingParticipate in month-end and year-end close activitiesSupport accounting and operational projects as needed What We're Looking For3–5 years of AR, AP, bookkeeping, or related accounting experienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and high transaction volumesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with ERP/accounting systems Why Sterling?We're employee-owned — so your success matters.
