If you require accessibility assistance or accommodation for a disability at any point, let us know by emailing View email address on click.appcast.io Responsibilities Help our client researching and analyzing operational activities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve customer service and optimize overall operations by identifying more efficient ways to manage resources. Perform the entire contract management life cycle including, but not limited to: coordinating handling of procurement actions (Scope of Work), independent through the award process to ensure continuity of service. Provide administrative assistance to solve procurement related issues, including budgetary and funding matters, sole source procurements, supplier availability, specifications and manufacturer discrepancies, materials shipping and delivery schedules. Conduct contract oversight on all assigned contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field. Work Experience Seven (7) years of experience in program analysis or contract compliance experience in a related field. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word. Communication tool: Slack or Teams. About this Position – Standard Hours Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one-half hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime: Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
