Hourly Pay: $52.65-$60.00 Benefit Highlights Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employees and 80% for dependents. 17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked) Retirement Plan with 6% match Your Responsibilities Lead and support your Pod’s nursing team to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care. Oversee daily clinic flow, including pre-visit assessments for new patients, medication reconciliation, setting visit agendas, and providing patient education. Deliver and guide patient care services such as admission interviews, documentation, and timely movement of patients through their visit. Manage accurate medication reconciliation for patients with complex needs. Triage patient phone calls using strong clinical judgment and nursing best practices. Qualifications RN License, current and in good standing with the state of California Two years RN experience. Current CPR Certificate.
