Licensed Practical Nurse

Shift: 1:30PM - 9:30PM -Mon-Fri (2nd Shift) We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care, works well in a collaborative environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to patients and their families. Job Description Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician. Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with patient assessments, procedures, and daily care needs. Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. Job Requirements Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
