This non-driver role involves supporting construction and maintenance activities on solar and wind farm sites, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Assist skilled tradespersons (electricians, pipefitters, carpenters, etc.) with various tasks as directed. \* Perform general labor duties such as digging trenches, moving materials, site clean-up, and operating small hand tools and basic power tools. \* Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and transport them to work areas. \* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including disposal of debris and waste materials. \* Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for self and co-workers. \* Spot equipment and heavy machinery as needed to ensure safe operation. \* Assist with the assembly and installation of solar panels, racking systems, or wind turbine components as instructed. \* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project management. Job Qualifications\*\* \* Previous experience in a construction or industrial labor role preferred. \* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and standing. \* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat. \* Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently. \* Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations. \* Reliable transportation to and from the job site (non-driver position, but personal transport to the site is required). \* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. \* Basic understanding of construction site operations is a plus. \* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
