Amentum is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support NORAD IT at Cheyenne Mountain CMSFS. The role requires shift work for 24x7 operations and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a Panama schedule. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, manage desktops, printers, and network basics, maintain Windows and Office applications, and document all interactions in the ticketing system.
