We’re looking for friendly, professional, and motivated Help Desk Analyst to join our Information Technology team. Help Desk Analyst The Help Desk Analyst will work with the network and help desk team to provide daily computer, network, and telecom support to the organization. Location: must be on-site at our office in Downtown Chicago daily Schedule: Regular business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, must be able to work after hours and on weekends as needed. DAY TO DAY

Provide technical support for desktop systems software, hardware and peripherals, including printers, phones, handhelds and remote laptops in a Windows (XP, 7, 2003, 2008) environment. Install, configure, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues. Provide daily 2003/2008 Active Directory administration of users, desktops and file/folder permissions. Maintain and update the ticket tracking, asset management and inventory tracking systems. Responsible for user setups, moves and system permissions. Customizes the conversation by articulating clear instructions and troubleshooting information appropriate to the employee’s level of technical knowledge. Ensures understanding so that all staff is able to perform their job functions.

WHAT YOU MUST POSSESS

Must Have: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a help desk or similar role High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience and knowledge troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Other Required Skills: Strong ability to prioritize work appropriately, be flexible and be well organized. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think out of the box and implement smart solutions to ever changing company needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
