Help Desk Analyst

Help Desk AnalystOur client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support corporate, retail, and warehouse users across the organization. Reporting to the IT Service Manager, this role will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations.$23.00 - $26/hourResponsibilities:Provide technical support for corporate, retail, and warehouse users.Support POS systems, hardware, networking, and store operations.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.Document and track support requests accurately.Work with vendors to resolve technical issues.Travel as needed to support store openings and onsite troubleshooting.Participate in weekend support coverage as required.Required Qualifications:Previous Help Desk, Technical Support, or Service Desk experience.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.Experience supporting POS systems or working in a retail environment is preferred.Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and database queries.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
