Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Supervisor at our dining unit located in Albany, Georgia at the P&G. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Supervisor's Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of food service employees during the morning shift.
• Ensuring that all food service areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Working closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient operation.
• Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Prepare and supervise the production of food and beverage items.
• Monitor quality and freshness, while maintaining inventory levels.

Who we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft office.

General Requirements:

• Lift and carry 50lbs+ on a repetitive basis, with the ability to reach, bend, and squat frequently.
• Consent to a pre-employment background check.

• Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
