Apply now and let's make great things happen together!Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Candidate ManagementSource candidates daily across job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), iCIMS inbound applications, referrals, community/trade school partnerships, etcReview resumes and applications, reject unqualified candidates, and send prescreen links to qualified candidatesCold call candidates and schedule prescreens in partnership with the Senior RecruiterTrack and update candidate status through each stage of the pipeline (Phone Screen, Interview Requested, Interviewing, Offer, Onboarding, Started, Final Disposition) using Monday.comMove completed hires and no-shows to the correct final status in iCIMSHiring Manager & Interview CoordinationSchedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and send interview confirmation communicationsFollow up daily with hiring managers on interview outcomes and move candidates to the correct statusManage the job requisition process — opening new reqs, sending approval requests to leadership, and reconciling open headcount with reporting toolsHiring EventsSupport end-to-end hiring event planning: posting reqs, setting up sign-in/scheduling tools, creating flyers, coordinating swag and event logisticsSource and invite candidates in the weeks leading up to each eventStaff events on-site: check in candidates, route resumes to hiring managers, track interview flowCompile post-event data (RSVPs, attendees, offers) to analyze show rates and interview-to-offer ratiosReporting & AdministrationMaintain accurate candidate data, system workflows and KPI dashboards (prescreens, interviews, hires, sourcing contacts) in Monday.comPrepare weekly and monthly recruiting recap materials for leadership meetingsQualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or high-volume administration and scheduling preferredStrong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously and multiple business verticals across three statesProficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS or similar), CRMs, Monday.com or comparable project management tools, recruiting platforms (i.e Indeed, zip, LinkedIn, etc) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for hiring manager and candidate correspondenceSales experience is required.Ability to work on-site M-F and at hiring events, including some evening or weekend hours as needed and travel to other states within marketFamiliarity with trades recruiting (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) a plusCore CompetenciesStrong attention to detail, organizational skills and process-drivenComfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-upCollaborative, working cross-functionally with hiring managers and leadershipAdaptable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsAdapts quickly to shifting priorities with minimal direction or lead timeAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.What We Offer:Competitive Salary + Bonus IncentivesBenefits:Health, Dental, Vision401K + MatchingPaid VacationBirthday PTOPaid HolidaysAnd much more!
