You're the bridge between providers and staff, keeping immunotherapy safety protocols airtight even at peak volume.Who Thrives Here:Confident and decisive: comfortable taking charge and making quick calls under pressureDetail-oriented: takes pride in doing things right, no shortcutsUpbeat and energetic: brings positive energy to a fast paced environment and keeps the team on trackDaily Clinical Work:Room patients, take vitals, review histories, prep for examsSupport skin testing, spirometry, immunotherapy injections, biologic administrationAdminister allergy shots/meds under provider supervisionDocument accurately in EMR; manage clinical inventoryEducate patients on treatment plans and follow up careLead Responsibilities:Run the daily clinic lineup, adjusting staff/resources to cut wait timesAudit clinical tasks for safety and HIPAA complianceTrain, mentor, and onboard new MAsFirst point of contact for clinical issues and scheduling conflictsSupport clinic manager with scheduling and performance oversightTrack and report clinic metrics/KPIsQualifications:HS diploma required; Associate's degree preferredCMA/RMA desired3+ years clinical experience, 1+ year in a lead role preferredAllergy/immunology experience a plusEMR proficiency requiredPhysical: Extended standing/walking, lift up to 15 lbs, close/color/peripheral vision.Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, HSA contribution, employer-paid life insurance, 401(k) match, PTO.
