Our dealership is seeking a motivated individual to help our customers find the best financing options while upselling desired accessories and insurance. Imperial Sportbikes is located a few minutes from downtown Denver, Colorado in a 20,000‑square‑foot facility. We opened in 2006 as an eCommerce store selling used motorcycle parts. Today we are the #1 dedicated Aprilia dealership in the country, with customers coming in to pick up motorcycles from around the nation. Our sales department has grown to the point where we need to expand and hire a great F&I Manager. We are committed to establishing long‑term, mutually satisfying relationships with our team members and customers. What You’ll Bring to the Table Genuine interest and passion for motorcycles, riding, and the motorcycle culture, which enables you to connect with customers and team members on a personal level. Dynamic and outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self‑motivated, self‑directed, and driven to win. Results‑oriented with a sense of urgency. Well‑organized with attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and contracts. Prior experience in financing, insurance, or a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to automotive sales and financing. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced sales environment. Competitive salary and benefits package Your Role As an F&I Manager, you will treat Imperial Sportbikes as if it was your own business. Financing: Responsible for assisting customers in securing financing options for their bike purchases. This involves working with multiple financial institutions to find competitive loan rates and terms that suit the customer's needs and creditworthiness. Insurance: Offer and explain insurance products, such as extended warranties, protection plans, and other coverage options, to customers during the sales process. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and stay up to date with local, state, and federal regulations related to financing and insurance practices. Paperwork and Contracts: Prepare and review all necessary paperwork and contracts related to the purchase and financing of the bike. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential to avoid any potential legal or financial issues. Customer Service: Building rapport with customers and providing excellent customer service is vital. The F&I Manager must address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries related to financing and insurance options professionally and courteously. Sales Targets: Responsible for achieving specific sales targets related to financing and insurance products. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, working closely with salespeople to structure deals and finalize transactions. Clear communication and teamwork are essential to ensure a seamless sales process. Keys to Success Drive for Growth – this is a sales and customer service position at the core. You will need to work with customers to identify and deliver the bike of their dreams while exceeding your own goals. Ability to 'rise to a challenge' – as in any business, challenges will occur. We will look to you to remain flexible, communicate openly regarding obstacles you encounter, and develop creative strategies to overcome those obstacles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you'll need to build solid relationships with a wide range of personalities and skill levels to do your job. Know when to elevate issues so that there are no surprises. Self‑motivation – in an autonomous environment, we'll depend on you to be highly driven, efficient, and organized as you manage competing priorities and work independently to accomplish your goals.
