About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Aviation to lead the strategic management of its aviation assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a vision and action plan that aligns with the company's goals of fostering economic growth, driving technological innovation, and enhancing the transportation ecosystem. This role involves cultivating tenant relations, overseeing airport board activities, and building relationships with government entities and industry groups. The Vice President, Aviation will also be at the forefront of research and engagement with emerging aviation technologies and will be expected to provide leadership and management oversight of the aviation team. Applicants for the Vice President, Aviation position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years' of experience in public policy, transportation, asset management, or a related area. A Master's degree is preferred. The role requires a subject matter expert with a strategic mindset, effective communication skills, and the ability to work with private partners within the economic and transportation ecosystem of the city. Experience in asset management, lease administration, and tenant relations is also desirable.
